Q: Where are your products made from?

A: We have 3 teams, produce the products with different types of material. Our teams are in Bangkok, Chiang Mai, and Chiang Rai.

Q: Can we use the products outdoor? Is it ok. to put them in the rain and sun?

A: For Cotton rope and Colorful categories you can. But for the Fabric type, you have to keep it away from being wet. Sun is ok. but it could damage the material over time.

Q: How can we buy?

• Payment: Pay to a company bank account or PayPal (with fees).

Q: How long can it be shipped?

A:

• Delivery lead time: In stock 1 same day or next day after payment made. If not in stock 7 to 14 days after payment is made.

Q: What are the shipping options?

A:

• If you are in Phuket, I will try my best to deliver to you by myself and perhaps help with the installation if needed.
• In Thailand, outside Phuket, we use EMS (free of charge),
• International customers, we use EMS World or any best courier options we can get at the time.
